Very cool experience I just have to share. So my sweet husband bought me a very pretty perfectly fitting and personality fitting watch for me that I wore everywhere. Sadly one day a pin fell out and just fell apart. So I put it in my car (in a safe place) and figured I would take it to be repaired. As many of you know a very safe place usually means out of sight out of mind. Anyway, as I was cleaning my car last week I came across it and put it on my dash, more determined than ever to get it fixed so I could ware it again.
After taking it to a few stores I realized it was not going to be that easy to find someone to fix it. Saddened but not detoured I decided to find the parts and do it myself. So I set it aside and figured I’d get to it when I got some free time, ha..ha..
That brings me to yesterday having hade a long, busy, and very tiring day I thought "I don't want to go to Young Women’s tonight" (long exhale). After some pondering I decided that if Heavenly Father asked me to be there every Wednesday night then I must keep my end of this covenant and be there. I packed up the craft items I needed for our project and headed for the church. During our class one of the girls picked something up from out of my craft box and asked “what is this?” As I looked up to tell her… an Idea came right to mind “I could use this very thing to fix my watch”.
This morning I got the piece found last night out again and it took me 5 minutes to fix my watch, woooooHoooo!!!
Some of you might think this was a coincidence but I know better. When we get his help is up to him, but I know that Heavenly Father blesses us daily… and is willing to do it as often as we BELIEVE he will. Thank you Heavenly Father for your tender loving acts of kindness!
